Innotech’s new headquarters is conceived as the interplay of two clear volumes: a representative front building and a multifunctional warehouse hall. Together they form a compact ensemble that brings together administration, research, and logistics within a coherent architectural framework.
The front building accommodates laboratories, showroom spaces, and offices organized around a generous entrance and terraces, forming the public face of the complex.
Rising three storeys, the volume fits carefully within the defined building envelope while establishing a strong architectural presence.
Behind it, the warehouse provides flexible space for storage and operations. Its translucent polycarbonate façade diffuses daylight into the interior and gives the large volume a lightweight and almost floating appearance.
A visual and spatial connection between the two buildings links the different functions and encourages interaction between employees working in research, administration, and logistics. The roofscape is activated with solar panels and a generous roof terrace that offers additional space for employees and company events.
The façade reflects the structural rhythm of the building, expressed through a clear five-metre grid. Vertical steel rods create layered filters—open, semi-transparent, and closed—that provide solar protection while giving the building a refined and dynamic character. In this way, the project explores how industrial architecture can combine efficiency with a clear and lasting architectural identity.
